| RULES AND REGULATIONS for all CCS, Inc Shows |
| LICENSING: State Licensing: A SPECIAL EVENTS # is required for all shows. Your retail/wholesale license does not allow you to do shows. The Special Events or Multiple Events number must be submitted with your application. There is no exception to this rule. Any questions go to www.revenue.state.co.us or www.taxcolorado.com You can get an application on-line or Coloradoans can go to their Local Department of Revenue. Also if viewing on-line read Form # DRP0099 "Colorado Sales and Use Tax General Information and Reference Guide". It is full of good information. Read City Licensing also. This license is required to do shows and is a State law, please refer your questions to the state of Colorado regarding your licensing needs. You can also go to the Tab "Special Events #" below for more detailed information. City Licensing: You need to find out if the show you are participating in is a HOME RULE CITY/COUNTY and if so you must contact the city and get the proper licensing to sell in their area. For example the show held at Lewis Palmer High School or at the Mining Museum is not within City Limits, so city tax is not an issue, neither is licensing. It is really up to you to pull the proper permits or licensing that is needed, and to figure out what amount of tax is to be collected on your sales. However, CCS is here to help. This is as of 1-2010 It is your responsibility to check the information listed here. CCS, Inc is not responsible if City/county lines change and certain locations become part of city limits. SHOW REGULATIONS We are a first come first serve, JURIED SHOW. We close by category. If you were accepted in prior years, it does not guarantee you a booth for any upcoming shows. Remember first come first serve. Your items must be Hand Made by YOU only, not some one else, unless the application states otherwise. If it is a handmade only show, and you bring in buy-sell, we have the right to pull your product from the shelves and/or dismiss you from the show, without a refund. No copyrighted or trademark items (IE: Broncos,Disney) allowed at any of our shows. Your copyrighted or original items allowed. JEWELRY If you are planning on selling jewelry you must submit pictures and mark off proper area on the application, if it is "unmarked" or marked "NO" you will NOT be able to sell jewlery. If it is marked YES, you still need to be approved to sell the jewelry. Items that are not approved at time of jury are not to be brought to show! Since we see much of this happening with the jewelry, there is a new area on the applcation. Thank you! If you have done shows with us in the past, you are still required to send pictures for any show you are applying for. You MUST carry your own liability insurance.
