This is a page where CCS, Inc will enter your comments, about us, the shows, whatever you desire. So
hopefully you have something good to share with others. One thing I say often when marketing at other
shows...don't ask me, I could tell you a story, ask the artists who participate in our shows, they will tell you the
truth, whether its good or bad. I would too, tell you the truth that is, but I know how vendors think when it comes
to promoters, so I'll let the artists who have shown with us tell you their thoughts. So read below

                                2009 Comments

Great show as always, sold all my ***** and felt that customers were buying more for themselves this year than buying
gifts. Nice to have wealthy customers! I was astonished when talking to other vendors how much money everyone was
making, alot of $$ going thru those doors. I was processing sales non-stop until 1pm when I finally got a brief break.
Then sales picked up again, and went non stop. You always have a great mix of artists, and every location at the show
gets great traffic, due to your flow pattern. Thanks L

It was a terrific show, thanks for all you do in making it happen. Great traffic, love our spot. P

It was nice to be back again. Good response and good sales on Saturday. Happy. Sunday was slower of course. Hours of show are great.
Friday evening set up fee was a first can you incorporate in to booth fee. We appreciate being here, we would come back next year. A.

Comments form customers are positive, one gal was very impressed with the quality of artists you have and the products they offer. She also
liked the variety of your vendors. Sales were Great. Good job. M

Signage to bathrooms were poor.

Best show we have had, just alone on Saturday, damn good show. K

Should not charge 5.oo per customer to get in, keeps customers away. Booth fee to high, Set up fee why? This is not a Fine art and craft
show, I will NOT be back again. B

First time at a CCS show I think your booth fees are high, but because of convenience we will e back. Need chairs for people.

Interested in next years shows, can you do another weekend though? Excellent show, first time doing a CCS show and I was not
disappointed, I sold out on Saturday. I appreciate that the requirements are handmade by YOU only, and enforcing that. You are
commended that you have a following of regulars, customers told us. They also like the variety of items unlike other shows, this one has
quality. As a crafter I appreciate the jurying not only of quality but of variety as well. As a former crafter you definitely do a great job as a
show promoter, and organizer, I was very pleased as a first time artist at your show L.

This was an awesome show, I sold out in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Always love doing your shows and really appreciate the high quality of
vendors and their products, Makes us all look good. Another Spring show Please. A

Good show in Sat, need a no entry sign by locker rooms , and music would be nice to get people in mood. L

Opening was prompt and appreciated check in, parking great, ramp access average Safety was outstanding, send crowds were smaller that I
expected. Overall Very well done show. J

Great show, sales were better than last year!

I was very pleased with the sales and crowds I would like to do show again next year, let me know asap so I can set the date J

Quality of art is not great. Need better jurying. Keeping strollers out on Saturday is a lawsuit waiting to happen, why do you allow wheel
chairs? Hard Set up.

Its a great show for me. Excellent advertising, everyone was talking about it, even the customers. See you next year! L

My second year (2009) better than 2008, and 2008 was awesome. In 10 years of business Saturday was my all time best sales for a single
day. Book me for 2010 and save my space. This weekend was a perfect date for me W

It wasn't as great as I had hoped, but I will be back again next year. W eprob had the most expensive items in the show and sold only one
piece. Do see potential and appreciate having only handmade goods here. Please do not give up on that.

Thanks for having us, we established a good following in this area. This is the furthest south we have displayed and would love to come
back. Good amount of traffic. T

It was freezing Maybe if you propped open the outside doors the weather maybe forced to run thereby heating the joint. We had to wear our
London Fog Designer Rain gear to help retain heat HA! (I just love your comments B & W.. I wore my outfit you gave me,, and now it is
being used as a trash bag, my design London fog outfit, although bottom has a hole in it.. damn, please everyone know B is just joking, its
an inside joke.. but I post!!) Love the new Gyro guy, finally a no meat option for lunch.

Excellent Excellent sales on Sat, Increased advertising? We saw fist time shoppers too, looking forward to next year.

Booth fee was high, but a good turnout overall, nice customers and great variety of work. Bit of a slow year for sales, but people were in a
good mood. Would like to participate next Year thanks for all of your advertising lots of potential customers, excellent communication in
the packets.

Why not add Friday night set up fee to booth fee? Less gossip. Great Great Advertising. Two tiedyers is too much for an indoor show No
offense. I gave out three packets of fliers at *** show, wont do that again. I realize how difficult it can be to deal with so many difficult
vendors. All the best , Ill do again if I am the only one in my category J.

Had a great time and show ran well. At first a little confusing but once inside things went well. How about a ramp? I would like a chance to
do this show again P

This is the first time I have done this show and am VERY impressed with the organization, space and non duplicated vendors. Advertising
must have been done great because the flow of customers was very heavy. (such a nice problem to have) The booth sizes were perfect
allowing space for ease of movement. A fabulous show all around, and very profitable!! Would definitely do next year, thanks for having me.

Saturdays sales for me were the best I ever had in the Colorado Market. I have been making and selling my own merchandise fro 20 years
now. The customers were grabbing merchandise and it didn't stop until about 2pm It was constant stream of customers. I was well received.
I could tell that your staff put a lot of time and effort into advertising this show. I had checks and transactions from people all over this area
and it was refreshing. I will definitely do this show next fall. The show was very well organized and advertised. M

Okay My (CCS') turn? The reason we charge a Friday night set up, is because we don't think it fair that we charge folks a higher booth fee if
they arent allocating the time/rental. But we had a newbie this year that would prefer to add it to booth fee.. I will consider that,This was
and has been part of our contract since our 3rd year. You did sign contract that you knew the rules, prior to sending in your app. (NOTE
2010: it is now part of booth fee)
Yes we do charge at the door for our cusotmers to enter It is $5.00 per customer at door with re-entry all weekend! Also we had a complaint
about our booth fees... If you thought our booth fees were too high, it was your decision to sign up or not ... So no whining after the fact!   (I
always speak my truth dont I?) Anyway, most of all you were happy, I would say 95%. No music, bathroom signage, etc... Its a school!!..
Note, again We cant have music we have tried in the past, we have brought this up every year. It is not possible, truly, I would love music
myself.. Bathroom signs?? I think that is it, except to say that we had one vendor who was very upset, and stated that it wasnt a Fine Art &
Craft show.. and we only had 3% fine art. I strongly disagree, more like 28 to 34% Fine Art at this 2009 October show.. Do the math! I think
the other participating Fine Artsits would be insulted., but thats not for me to say.. I guess Art is in the Eye of the beholder!!   Anyway.. I
hope you all have a great show season. Thanks for all the comments you shared..and thatnks for being part of CCS, Inc, and helping us
make htios a stellar year. We could not do it without you, thatnks for helping us market the show. Have a great remainder of 2009 and

Had a great show, plus got commisions! * You put on a Terriffic show! * Your organization, promotion,
layout, etc are as ususal excellent! Attendance seemed good, but our sales were lower than normal.
Economy? You do a great job. * Manage a good show. * My best show so far this year, and Ive done
alot. Thanks see ya next year. * Thanks for all your hard work. One of our better shows in the last
couple of years. We want to come back next year. * I did not do so well, but I would like to try the
show again next year, I am new at this. * Very positive experience. Others were friendly and helpful as

We barely made our booth fee, should be a one day show. * Well run and organized Great
advertising. No wireless service for visa.   * I was cold all weekend my sales were low, I wore long
underwear and was still cold, I am not going to give up on this show, as I have heard many good things
about it. Would love to come next year Very Well organized and attended. * Great show, however
sales were a bit down cant blame you on economy. * Best advertising ever. Need background music. *
