I AM HOPING THE BELOW INFORMATION WILL HELP YOU UNDERSTAND THE  
REQUIREMENTS  CCS NEEDS FROM YOU AS A VENDOR,  AS REQUIRED BY THE  STATE OF
COLORADO.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO APPLY FOR THE SPECIAL EVENTS NUMBER ON FORM NUMBER  "DR
0589" AND YOU ALREADY HAVE A  COLORADO RETAIL LICENSE NUMBER, PLEASE BE SURE
TO MARK THE RETAIL NUMBER ON THE FORM IN THE "PURPOSE SECTION",   SO THAT YOU
GET THE SPECIAL EVENTS LICENSE AT NO CHARGE.  IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON DOING
MORE THAN ONE SHOW IN THE STATE OF COLORADO, ALSO MARK MULTIPLE EVENT IN
THE "SALES SECTION  (#2)"  OF THE FORM.   IF APPLYING FOR LICENSE IN PERSON, YOU
SHOULD GET  # RIGHT AWAY,  (THE S/E LICENSE NUMBER SHOULD START WITH #27, IF NOT,
DOUBLE CHECK WHAT THEY ARE GIVING YOU.  BUT ALL SPECIAL EVENTS NUMBERS HAVE
STARTED WITH A 27 FOR AS LONG AS I REMEMBER.) IF MAILING TO DENVER, IT WILL TAKE
A WHILE TO RECEIVE YOUR LICENSE - SEE INFORMATION ON THEIR SITE, WHICH I HAVE
LISTED BELOW.  
THE BELOW IS SCANNED INFORMATION (EXCLUDING THE RED) AND THIS INFO COMES
DIRECTLY FROM STATE PAPERWORK.  I  HOPE THAT IT IS LEGIBLE ENOUGH FOR YOU TO
