Mail application to: Creative Crafters Showcase, Inc P O Box 969 Monument, CO 80132 creativecraftersshowcase@gmail.com DO NOT MAIL TO THE SHOW LOCATION!!!!!!!! 1. First and foremost, please make sure your application is legible. PRINT 2. Your check must be payable to "Creative Crafters' Showcase, Inc. Please do not make a check out to Noreen! Master card and Visa will NOT be accepted as of 11-09-09. Please use the payment plan. (see payment plan page) 3. Include a LSASE (LARGE self addressed Stamped envelope) large enough to return your pictures and your acceptance letter. (please attach two stamps) Enclose a SASE for EACH show you areapplying to. Postage goes up every May 11th, so please affix enough postage for your return info which is mailed a month prior to show. 4. PICTURES of your wares that you will be sending. No slides. You must send pictures of the items (approx. 3 pics) you plan on selling as well as BOOTH DISPLAY. No blurry or fuzzy pictures accepted. Yes, even if you have done our shows before, please send photos. We will not hold on to your pictures until show days, this way we can insure you are selling what you juried in with. If you are new, please send photos of you making your items. 5. Write your Special Events # where specified on application, enclose a copy of your license if no number, we will return application. Don't know what a SE# is, read rules and regulations. This is a Colorado State Law, no exceptions. 6. Sign the Hold Harmless agreement on application, we will send back if not signed. 7. Make sure you have read and understood the rules and regulations, cancellation policy, Bad Check policy, and Set up policy on this site, before signing up for any show. 8. If FOOD, need a copy of your health certificate and insurance. 9. Mail application to: CCS, Inc. P o Box 969 Monument, CO 80132 10. Do NOT call and ask if a category is full. Do not call and ask if we will accept your commercial product! (August show allows some commercial) I apologize for being so direct, but ...I don't think I can say it any clearer...so I am saying it again. Please follow the directions to go through the jury process. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! 11. Jury Fee - A Seperate Check IF YOU ARE A NEW CRAFTER, OR DID NOT PARTICIPATE IN A CCS SHOW LAST YEAR: Please send an additional $10.00 jury fee. This must be a separate check. This is a non-refundable fee whether you are accepted in to the show(s) or not. If your application is returned to you for any reason, including "closed category" this jury fee is non-refundable. You may try reapplying unless "category closed" is marked, but another $10.00 check must be sent, if resubmitting for a show(s). Please be sure to follow the above steps, so that you don't have to submit more than once. IF WE RECEIVE YOUR APPLICATION AND THERE IS NO $10.00 JURY FEE ENCLOSED, Nothing will be processed! The contents of your envelope will be thrown out. NOTE: LATE FEES; IF YOU PAY FOR ANY SHOW AFTER THAT SHOWS DEADLINE THERE IS A $20.00 LATE FEE. WE HAVE DEADLINES FOR A REASON, AND THAT REASON IS YOUR ADVERTISING.
