Each show: REFUND
Each show stipulates the amount of refund if you cancel your booth rental. Please refer to your

There are NO refunds due to weather, or if the rented facility's staff can not show up due to same, or
for any other reason.

The Boulder County Fairgrounds Show:
(As stipulated in the contract from Boulder County, we must agree to these terms) They state the following:
The fairgrounds may serve as an evacuation site for peole who are evacuated from thier homes during
large-scale emergency. In such an emergency, events being held or to be held at the Fairgrounds may be
canceled. Under such circumstances, rental deposits shall be returned, with no other compensation due to
Tenant (CCS), their agents, employees, contractors, sub-contractors, or any other third parties to which the
Tenant may have an obligation, financial or otherwise, by virtue of the Event. Other than the return of the
rental deposit, under the circumstances described int his paragraph, the Landlord shall have no additional
liability to the Tenant or other third parties as described above. (page 6 under Miscellaneous Terms and
Conditions, paragraph 1.
There will also be NO refund if Fairgrounds has fire or other damages which cancels Tenants (CCS) rental
dates.
However, CCS will divide up amongst the vendors the rental deposit fee which is to be returned to CCS from
the landlord. A full booth fee will NOT be returned. Why? Read Below.

If the Landlord (LP District 38 or WMMI) cancels the show rental dates for any reason such as inclement
weather, fire, or for use as an evacuation facility needed for a large -scale emergency or for their own
personal use, Creative Crafters Showcase, Inc will not refund the booth fee.
However the rental deposit that is returned from the Landlord(Facility) to the Tenant(CCS) will be divided up
amongst the booths and returned to the vendors, this excludes weather related cancellations from Landlord.
However, in any case mentioned above, you will NOT be refunded full booth fee. Why? Read below
Because CCS advertises, your fees are spent prior to shows, therefore the money has been allocated and
spent. CCS can NOT be responsible for Landlord cancellations for whatever reason they, the Landlord may
